I'm trying to run a mic through fx in reaper for live performance. What 3rd party Windows audio app (that can only use ASIO) are you trying to use? Usually OSX Core Audio is more compatible with most things vs. What is the limitation you are faced with Core Audio? What isn't compatible with Core Audio? Not Reaper obviously. It's conceivable that you might need to run a Windows version of Reaper with that but I can only speculate. I don't know how it will interface with other OSX audio apps - never tried ASIO. If you have Wine installed you can install and run it natively in OSX. I believe you will need to treat this like a native Windows app. Has anyone successfully installed this? Any suggestions? I tried to create one but this didn't work. place the ASIO driver into the „ASIO Drivers“ folder of the application you want to use it with -?Īs far as I can see Reaper doesn't have a pre-existing "ASIO Driver". place the “PGUSBAudioDriver” into the „Extensions“ folder (part of the „System Folder“) - doneģ. I'm trying to install Asio4all and I can't work out how to do it.
